Stop Confusing Your Leads And Get More Clients With This Simple Trick

Ever wondered why the legal system in every country is so complex?

To confuse you…

This way, most won’t bother studying it because it’s too complicated.

Ads are the same.

The more simple you make things, the more easy and straightforward ads are, the better the results.

We can’t have anyone confused if we want sales.

I meet so many people that tell me: “Meta ads don’t work, we’ve tried it out”.

Then I ask some questions and it turns out that Meta ads work fine, there was just one mistake they made…

Right now, you are confusing your customers and you don’t even know it.

Everyday I look at marketing and see confusing stuff.  Worst of all? Most people don’t realize how confusing their stuff is.

A confused customer does one thing... NOTHING. That’s the worst thing.

How To Stop Confusing Your Leads

Clear instructions must be given in every ad, since every step of the process can only do one thing.

If we need to get sales, we only do what sells, we don’t do what doesn't sell.

We don’t add bonus stuff just because it looks cool (only Hollywood can do that).

It makes things simpler for you and for the audience.

Goal of an ad: Get a response

Goal of handling the response: Get them on the sales call

Goal of sales call: Make the sale

Have a happy customer: Get a referral

That is why every step has a goal and it’s clear. It must be clear if you want results.

Where people mess up is were they twist things up:

“The ad has to inform them and it has to build the brand, make the sale and it should also leave a good impression.”

No, no and no…  one thing.

Everything can only do one thing at a time. Then we can measure it and people don’t get confused.

Like I said, a confused person does the worst thing… nothing.

We want them to do something, give me a yes, give me a no.

You need to be clear on what they are supposed to do.

Make It Very Easy To Say Yes.

Make It Very Hard To Get Confused.

I saw an email’s ending recently. Here’s what it said:

“Let me know if you like this idea and what your thoughts are. When would it suit you to have a phone call about this.”

This is a textbook example of being unclear on what you are trying to do.

Are you trying to get my feedback, are you trying to get on a phone call, do you just wanna have a talk?

What do you want?

People get confused, I got confused reading it.

Instead, if you want them to schedule a call, you could say this:

“Please, click this link to schedule your call at your convenience.”

If you want feedback:

“Please reply to this email with your feedback, I promise I will read it.”

Tell them exactly what to do.

Always strive to make things easier.

Remember… one thing at a time.

Talk soon,

Darius

P.S. Want to know how I’d improve your ads?

Get in touch with my agency today. If we’re a good fit I will personally take a look at your company and your marketing, come up with a strategy of what I’d do differently and discuss it with you in depth on a call.

No cost, no obligation.

If you want to work together I’ll tell you exactly how that works, if you don’t want to work together that’s fine too. No hard selling, no pressure, no annoying sales tactics.
